We are looking for German-speaking telephone interviewers (m/f/d) for our studio in Palma. Career changers are welcome.

What are your tasks?
• Conducting telephone customer satisfaction and brand surveys with companies on a wide range of topics

What do you bring?
• Enthusiasm and strength in communication
• Confident command of the German language
• You enjoy talking on the phone and can smile while doing so
• You have basic PC skills
• You work reliably and with a focus on quality
• Interest in long-term employment
• Professional experience is not required due to individual training; we are happy to give career changers of all ages a chance

What do we offer?
• Depending on the order situation, working hours are usually Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 15:00
• We offer a year-round permanent employment contract with long-term prospects
• A friendly and open team
• Paid, job-related training
• Telephone work on site in Palma
• 1200€ gross for 6 h/day, 800€ gross for 6 h/day
