I have worked in the real estate sector for many years – with experience in building structures, sales, high-quality customer processes and strategic positioning in the premium segment.

After working in Germany, I have been based in Mallorca for around two years and know the local market, international buyer structures and the island's particularities very well.

I am looking for a position as
Managing Director, Head of Sales or strategic partner in the real estate sector in Mallorca.

My focus is on:

• Building and scaling sales
• Structuring small to medium-sized teams
• Premium positioning of real estate offerings
• International buyer processes (DACH / EU)
• clear brand management instead of short-term deals
