German-speaking Operations Manager seeking a new challenge in Mallorca from 05/2026

Buenos Dias,

My name is Stephen, I am 41 years old and I currently live in Hamburg.

My partner and I plan to move to Mallorca in 2026 (target between March and June 2026). To make this wish and plan a reality, I would like to offer my work.

I have over 13 years of experience in personnel management as well as in optimizing operational structures.

In recent years my areas of work have been:

- Site management in temporary employment (approx. 80–120 employees)
- Department management in textile logistics (40–180 employees)
- Deputy / plant management in municipal waste management (approx. 100 employees)


A few more things about me:

I am a very open and positive person who always sees the opportunity and not the problem. I maintain a respectful approach with my team and colleagues and lead in a very team-oriented and transparent manner. A constructive approach is very important to me. A pinch of humor should not be missing either.

Having worked in a wide range of industries, I am not afraid of new fields and tasks.
I am very ambitious to perform my role as best as possible.


My language skills are:

German – native
English – good to very good skills
Spanish – I am currently studying very intensively to be as prepared as possible in 2026

In addition, I have knowledge of common Office programs.


A year-round contract would be important to me for my security.
