House sitting wanted for the 2027 season?

As I will be retiring in Austria in 2026 after more than 35 years in a medical profession, I would like to introduce myself to you here for the coming year.

Following the model “vacation in exchange for help”, I offer, by arrangement, comprehensive house sitting during your absence, including the care of your pets, your plants or your garden.
As an absolute aesthete and a craftsman by passion, order, cleanliness and hygiene are a matter of course in my life.
My genes and my healthy lifestyle fortunately allow me the physical and psychological condition of a 40-year-old.
And my professional experience in palliative care not only guarantees the necessary empathy, but could, under certain circumstances, also make care of sick or frail family members possible for an agreed period of time.
My idea is a stay by arrangement for the period you want and need under different possibilities and conditions, which can of course be discussed personally.

Since I myself have already lived on the island for several years, I am of course familiar with the annoying problem of house occupations in the absence of the owners, as well as the many other disadvantages when a house is not regularly inhabited.
