The chalet is located in the first line of the coast - near the pedestrian promenade on a 300 m2 plot and is equipped with a low wall and a manual gate.
It has a paved covered terrace and garden area.
Rooms: Built in 1946 with some later renovations. Approx. 110 m2 living area on the ground floor.
From the entrance you go directly into the dining room with terrace access and an integrated and furnished fitted kitchen which is equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, refrigerator and dishwasher.
2 double bedrooms (one of them has built-in wardrobes) and 1 further single bedroom, 1 guest WC.
At the rear of the house there is a living room with access to the dining room, a laundry room which is equipped with washing machine, sink and an electric boiler and 1 bathroom with shower.
Equipment: Rustic floor tiles, single glazing, green aluminium shutters, 2 x SAT-TV with Spanish channels, closed fireplace, internet connection via fiber optic 300 Mb, 4 x AC (hot - cold) in the dining room and the bedrooms, hot water via electric boiler. Furnished in a rustic and typical Mallorcan style.

Miscellaneous: Pets allowed. 1 monthly rent deposit + utilities electricity, water, garbage. Internet optional. Monthly payment. Minimum rental 9 months. Commission depending on rental duration.
The chalet can also be rented long-term with a holiday license.
Location / Distances: The chalet is located directly in the first line near the harbor - however there is no beach here - there are some service providers on site. To the nearest beach approx. 2.5 km, to Santanyí approx. 5 km and to Palma approx. 55 km.
