Location: Manacor / Cala Millor and surrounding area (east coast of Mallorca)
Scope: Full-time or part-time
Fincaclean manages holiday properties of German owners in Mallorca – from pool care and gardens to full property management. To strengthen our team we are looking for a reliable general handyman who likes to get stuck in and enjoys varied outdoor work.
Your tasks:
- Painting work on interior and exterior surfaces (main focus)
- Regular pool care and basic maintenance
- Weekly property checks at our clients' homes (Property Checks)
- Guest check-ins and check-outs
- Minor repairs and general upkeep of house and grounds
What you bring:
- Handyman skills and a willingness to work
- Reliability, independence and a well-groomed appearance (customer contact!)
- Driving license class B
- No prior experience required – we will train you thoroughly
- German and/or Spanish language skills are an advantage
