Authentic Mallorcan village house over 200 years old in the center of Ariany.

The property was completely renovated in 2001 and is regularly maintained. It combines traditional charm with modern comfort over 160 m² of living space, spread over two floors. Enjoy the outdoor areas: an approx. 30 m² courtyard and a roof terrace ideal for sunbathing.

Rooms:

Ground floor: Welcoming entrance area leading into a bright living room with views of the village square. Behind an elegant rounded arch you reach the dining room, with access to the 2nd bedroom, the very spacious 11 m² bathroom with shower, and the staircase leading to the upper floor. From the dining room you also access the kitchen in traditional Mallorcan style, fully equipped with appliances (including dishwasher). From the kitchen you have access to the utility room, the third double bedroom, the courtyard ("Corral") and the exterior stairs leading to the roof terrace.

Upper floor: Here is the single room (with pull-out bed), which has direct access to the private roof terrace.

Bedrooms: The house has a total of 4 bedrooms:

Ground floor: 3 double bedrooms (one of them with views of the village square).
Upper floor: 1 single room with pull-out bed and direct access to the roof terrace.

Facilities:

Comfort: 3 x air conditioning units (cold/heat).
Structure: Thick walls provide a pleasant indoor climate both in summer and in winter.
Equipment: Fiber optic internet connection 300 Mb, alarm system, smart TV, municipal water, electric hot water heater and partial double glazing (on two windows).
Furnishing: A tasteful mix of antique Mallorcan furniture and modern pieces. The house is handed over fully furnished and equipped with bed linen and towels.
Storage: Cupboards in the bedrooms (no built-in wardrobes, except in one room).

Rental conditions:

Pets: One pet is allowed.
Payment: Monthly.
Deposit: 1 month’s rent.
Utilities: Electricity consumption extra.
Capacity: Maximum 7 people (three double rooms and one single room).
Minimum rental period: 2 months.

Prices for the shoulder months October and/or May: €1,550, June + September: €1,800, July + August: €2,100

Long-term rental: 1-5 years (+ 50% of one monthly rent as agency fee) or season 10 - 11 months: €1,800 + utilities + 1 month deposit ) 1 month agency fee.

Distances: Playa de Muro: 13 km (nearest beach), to Palma: 40 km. The town is very well connected and is strategically located in the center of the island.
