EMPLOYEE (M/F/D) PART-TIME WANTED M1 BIKES MALLORCA

For our motorcycle rental M1 Bikes Mallorca in Son Oms (Palma, near the airport) we are immediately looking for a reliable part-time employee or temporary helper (m/f/d).

Working hours:
- Flexible working hours
- Approx. 3–6 hours per day
- Morning, afternoon or full day depending on needs
- Short-notice shifts may also occur

Living within approximately 15–20 minutes of our location in Son Oms is an advantage. Short commuting times allow more flexibility – for both you and our team.

Your tasks:
- Assisting our national and international customers
- Planning and organizing our high-quality motorcycle fleet
- Preparing and managing rental contracts
- Handing over and taking back vehicles
- Airport shuttle with our company vehicles
- Care, preparation and provision of our motorcycles
- Organization and maintenance of our motorcycle clothing and equipment
- Support with general organizational tasks in day-to-day business
- Minor service and maintenance work is a plus, but not a requirement

What you should bring:
- Friendly and well-groomed appearance
- Reliable and independent way of working
- Enjoy working with people
- Driving license classes A and B (mandatory)
- Experience as a motorcyclist is an advantage
- If you are a confident and experienced motorcyclist, you can also take on single day or evening tours for our customers if interested

Language skills:
Our working language within the team is predominantly German and English.

Basic knowledge of Spanish is desirable for contact with our customers. Perfect Spanish is not required – what matters is that you can greet our Spanish customers politely and communicate in everyday situations.

Additional language skills are of course an advantage.
