(Long-term rental from July / August)
We already live in Arta, my son goes to school here. Unfortunately we have to leave the house because the owners need it for personal use.
👨👩👧 Who we are:
Family (47, 44, 14 years)
✔️ Quiet & reliable
✔️ No pets
My husband is permanently employed and a professional building, terrace and window cleaner & we can pay the rent in advance.
🏠 What we are looking for:
• House or apartment in Artà
• 2-3 bedrooms
•🪴 Garden or terrace would be wonderful 🌿
• Preferably unfurnished
• We are also willing to carry out any cosmetic repairs ourselves.
• Only long-term rental
💶 Budget: approx. €1,000 / month
