AGROTURISMO finca hotel in the southeast of the island available for rent/lease

Unfortunately, for family reasons we must, by arrangement, give up the operation of our beloved finca hotel and hand it over to new + responsible hands.
The over 150-year-old agrotourism finca hotel, completely renovated in 2017 and fully certified, in the southeast of the island (15 min. to the sea) in Son Mequida/Felanitx with 11 rooms/25 beds, can be taken over at the next possible date and by agreement, on a lease basis (monthly 7,752,- € x 12).
After more than 7 successful years, we want/need to step out/leave/hand over.
A transfer fee/Ablöse/Traspaso and a rental deposit (35TSD €) are required.
The local company (SL) with all registrations + licenses, etc. can also be taken over if needed/wished.
