The two large decorative pots are antique Spanish clay pots, presumably a traditional puchero or an orza.
Great, large decorative objects for the terrace or garden, in a Mediterranean restaurant or bar... there are no limits to the imagination.
Details about the object type: A bulbous storage or cooking vessel with characteristic handles. Condition: The vessel shows a dark patina, which often develops from years of use over an open fire. The wire wrappings were traditionally used to stabilize cracks or secure the vessel during transport. Origin: Such pieces are often discovered as "attic finds" (Dachbodenfunde) in rural regions of Spain and frequently date from the 19th or early 20th century.
Possible use: These vessels were essential in rural Spain: Puchero: For slow cooking stews over the fire. Orza: For preserving foods such as meat or olives in oil.
