The chalet is situated on an enclosed and fenced plot of 436 m2, with the possibility to park on it. Covered terrace with utility room including washing machine, small barbecue, outdoor toilet and shower, sunbathing lawn by the pool
Rooms: The 2-storey chalet was renovated in 2014 and has approx. 190 m2 living area.
On the ground floor there is the living/dining room with terrace/garden access, a modern fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.
2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower.
First floor: 1 double bedroom and 1 single room with a double folding bed and an uncovered outdoor terrace with a nice view and 1 further bathroom with shower.
Equipment: Grey tiled floors, bright rooms, double glazing, 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 5 x air conditioning (hot-cold) + 2 x towel rails, aluminium shutters, SAT-TV and Spanish television, WIFI connection via fiber optics.
Bed linen and towels, travel cot and high chair, sun loungers, garden furniture, iron available. Modern furnishings and without much decoration – which can of course be removed on request.

Other / Winter: Pets on request. Non-smoking house. Monthly payment of 1,500 € + utilities for electricity via meter or presentation of invoice, 1 month's deposit. Minimum rental months. Prices for possible adjoining months April / October: €2,480
Commission depending on length of stay.
Distances: Approx. 300 m to the coast, approx. 3 km to Es Trenc, 1.5 km to Sa Ràpita and approx. 47 km to Palma.
