To the right of the living room is the furnished and equipped fitted kitchen with all electrical appliances, an adjacent utility room with a washing machine and an electric water heater, as well as 1 further bathroom with a shower.
Equipment: Ceramic tile floors in various tones, double glazing, blue wooden blinds, satellite TV, internet connection with 600 Mb, 2 x AC (hot-cold) in the living/dining room and one bedroom, electric heating radiators, osmosis system, closed fireplace (non-functional), solar power in combination with electricity, hot water via an electric water heater. Fully furnished and equipped (including towels and bed linen) in various styles that are all harmoniously coordinated. The originality of the house was nevertheless preserved during the many renovations.

Conditions: Winter months between November and March 1,700 € + electricity based on actual consumption. 1 month deposit and 1 monthly intermediate cleaning + final cleaning extra. Minimum rental period 2 months.
Prices for the months of October and April subsequently 2,700 €.
Other: Non-smoking house, no pets allowed, monthly payment. Commission depending on the length of stay.
Distances: The house is located right near the port (approx. 25 m), approx. 12 km to Campos, and approx. 52 km to Palma. Good location and all services and beaches can be found in Colonia.
