The apartment has a covered terrace with gas grill and a staircase leading to its own roof terrace of approx. 50 m2 - with a stunning panoramic view (sea, harbor, woodland and villages) and terrace furniture.
Rooms: The apartment (building with 5 other units) was built in 2007, renovated in 2021 and has 97 m2 of living space.
Spacious entrance area with terrace access and open kitchen with American bar (incl. all electrical appliances). From the living room there are 3 bedrooms (one with bunk beds 90 + 120 cm and 2 with double beds of 1.40 m) and 2 bathrooms (1x with shower and 1x with shower and bathtub). A storage room with washing machine is also available.
Facilities: Double glazing, municipal water, internet via fiber optic 100 Mb, electric hot water heater, Gesa electricity, 1 x AC (hot-cold in the living-dining room), 4 additional electric heaters in the other rooms, bright and airy rooms, Smart TV. Modernly furnished incl. towels and bed linen.
Prices: October - March €1,800 and for the following months April and May: €2,000 and June and July €2,500.
Other: Pets by arrangement. Maximum number of persons 6.
Electricity consumption over 150 kW per month EXTRA which will be calculated at the end of the rental period against invoice submissions and one-time final cleaning fee of €150.
Garbage fee, water consumption, internet, pool maintenance ALL included! Deposit for rentals up to 3 months: €1,800 and for 4 up to 10 months €3,000.
Minimum stay 2 months. Monthly payments. Commission depending on contract length.
