The open plot is situated on an elevation with a beautiful panoramic view of the surroundings and the mountains.
In the outdoor area, we have a covered terrace with a small summer kitchen equipped with hobs, a refrigerator, and a barbecue. Furthermore, there is a ping-pong table next to the saltwater pool. The lovely orchard invites you to relax, and fresh eggs from local laying hens are also available nearby. A carport and bicycles are also provided.
On the 1st floor, there is an uncovered terrace with access to a bedroom.
Rooms: The house was built in 1981 on 2 floors and has approx. 180 sqm of living space. Some minor renovations have been carried out to date, but the typical Mallorcan charm and details have always been preserved.
Ground floor: Entrance to the dining room with altillo, open fitted kitchen equipped with gas hobs, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. 1 bathroom with shower and a living-dining room with access to the laundry room.
First floor: 3 bedrooms (one of them en suite with 1 bathroom with shower/bathtub) as well as 1 additional bathroom with shower.
Amenities: Rustic and wooden tiled floors, oil central heating, single and double glazing throughout the house, GESA electricity, well water, hot water via solar panels. Furnished and 100% equipped incl. bed linen, towels, and baby cot/high chair.
Other: Bringing a pet is at your own responsibility as the property is unfenced.
1 month deposit + utilities for electricity and heating oil. Included is a bi-weekly 3/4-hour cleaning service. If more is desired - optional - extra. Minimum rental period 2 months. Commission depends on the length of stay - see terms and conditions point 11.
Distances: Approx. 14 km to the coast, approx. 60 km to Palma, and approx. 2 km to the village of Sant Llorenç.
