The 1st bedroom is spacious and has a double bed and a large window overlooking the garden, built-in wooden wardrobes with traditional latticework and hot/cold air conditioning.
The 2nd bedroom has two single beds, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and a large window, 1 full bathroom with double washbasin and shower with glass screen.
Equipment: 3 x air conditioning (cold - hot) in the living-dining room, 36-inch SMART TV and Spanish antenna, front-loading washing machine, ironing board, folding clothesline. 100% furnished and equipped in rustic/decapé-blue style, including bed linen and towels. Mains water, 2 camp beds for visitors, double glazing in the living-dining room and single glazing in the bedrooms, 100 l electric water heater, 100 Mb internet, Gesa electricity, cream-coloured floors, bright rooms, bathroom without window.

Miscellaneous: Pets allowed on request. Monthly payments, 1 monthly rent deposit, separate electricity consumption charged upon presentation of the bill. Minimum stay 3 months and max. 11 months.
Prices between Nov. and April: €900 and for the subsequent months €1,150. Individual months on request. The commission depends on the length of stay.
