long-time resident, quiet, non-smoker, ... looking for a small apartment/ room or casita including own bathroom. I prefer peace and quiet instead of a shared flat 🙏 .
At the moment I live in the east. I have been living there for 5½ years with a lease contract. Due to inheritance/sale of the house, all tenants have to move out. For 5½ years I have been paying 335€ in the warmer season.
Rental price expectation: 450€ incl. utilities is feasible for me.
I would also move to another end of this island, if possible Inca area, or Soller area.
