We are looking for tenants for our approx. 90 m² apartment with sea view, consisting of:

2 bathrooms,
1 living room,
1 kitchen,
1 hallway,
1 utility room,
1 balcony
and a huge roof terrace.
A parking space in the underground garage can be rented additionally, but it is managed by another landlord in the building.
The apartment is on the 1st floor, elevator available
As already mentioned: taking over the furniture is a requirement!
The rent and additional costs must be negotiated with the landlord!
Estimated 1500€ incl. utilities
The apartment will be available short-term from 01.09.2026.
