Reliable German house and finca caretaker in Mallorca seeks private owner
Do you own a house, villa or finca in Mallorca and are not on site all year round?
I am looking for a long-term position with a private owner who needs someone to reliably look after things during their absence.
My possible tasks:
* Regular house and property checks
* Checking doors, windows and security
* Venting and inspecting the property
* Checking the garden, pool and outdoor areas
* Minor work and general property management by arrangement
* Reporting damage and problems
* Preparing the house before the owner's arrival
* Cleaning
I already live in Mallorca and do not need accommodation.
I speak German and am expressly looking for direct contact with a private owner – no agencies.
