Modern 2 storey terraced house with heating and pool in a quiet location in Son Bieló.

The terraced house has a garage as well as 3 large terraces – a covered one in 1st place. Floor on the street, an uncovered one at the back of the pool ( one of them with partial sea view ) and a covered terrace on the ground floor facing the street, a 10 x 6 m saltwater pool, outdoor shower, loungers and seating with chairs and table.

Premises: The terraced house was built in 2008 and offers approx. 170 m2 of living space.

The ground floor of 93 m2 has an entrance area which is the bright and friendly living room and is equipped with sofa, armchairs and TV. From here, a large staircase leads to the first floor. To the right there is a small pantry and 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom and shower.

To the left is the modern, spacious and modern fitted kitchen with dining area, pantry and American counter which is equipped with induction plate, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and all necessary kitchen utensils - and from here you have access to the garage and the large terrace with pool. The monthly rent for a rental between 8 - 10 months is 1950 € for with monthly payment, 2 MM deposit and NK of electricity, water and heating oil. Included: Internet, garbage fee and pool - garden maintenance. Commission depending on the term.

Location/Distance: The terraced house is located in a quiet side street of Son Bieló (between Sa Rapita and Estanyol) with neighbors. The nearest bay is about 2 km away. Palma is about 40 km away and the supermarket and pharmacy are about 1.5 km away.
