SEASON RENTAL between the months Oct to April:

Charming apartment on the 1st floor in Colonia San Jordi with a stunning sea view.

The complex was built in 1999 and is in a very well-maintained condition.

The flat itself was renovated in 2004. Covered terrace with awning.

Rooms:  Through a small hallway you enter the apartment where immediately on the left is the small fitted kitchen with all electrical appliances. (electric stove, refrigerator, small oven, microwave).

Further through the hallway you reach the other rooms such as the bright living/dining room with access to the terrace (approx. 10 m2 with awning). This was divided with a roller blind to create another cozy sleeping area.

Furthermore there is 1 double and 1 single bedroom with built-in wardrobes and 1 bathroom with shower.

Equipment: light floor tiles, dark wooden persianas, gas electricity, single glazing, municipal water, internet with 10 Mb - expandable up to 300 Mb, satellite TV, small television, 1 x AC/ hot-cold, single glazing, washing machine, ceiling fan, 60l electric boiler, small basement room of approx. 5 m2. Rentable only furnished.

Other: Pets allowed on request. 1 month rent deposit.  Additional costs separate from electricity. Internet optional extra. Minimum rental period: 2 months. Rent lower for the months between October and April. For the adjoining months May, June and September €870. Commission depending on length of stay.
