SEASON RENTAL between the months Sept / Oct and until June 8 - 10 months and winter offer between November and April:
Dream apartment in first line with sea view – located near Cala Gayota – in Colonia St Jordi.
The south-facing terrace of approx. 10 m2 has a retractable awning and there is a large roof terrace of approx. 70 m2 which is accessible via a spiral internal staircase, and there is also an underground parking space.
Rooms: The apartment of approx. 75 m2 is located on the 2nd floor (NO ELEVATOR!)
The entrance area is the living-dining room with terrace access; to the right off it is the dove-blue fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, refrigerator, electric oven and small breakfast table as well as an adjacent balcony for the washing machine. There is also a small centrally located bathroom (without window) with bathtub and shower and a built-in cupboard for storing utensils and towels. Adjacent to the inner courtyard is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a built-in wardrobe and to the right of the bathroom is the master bedroom with sea view, built-in wardrobe and a double bed of 1.80 m x 2 m.

Prices:
a) For a season from 8 up to 10 months: €1,150 + electricity, garbage fee, firewood and water. Internet optional.
b) For the months November – April €980 + electricity with a minimum rental of 2 months. For connecting months October and May: €1,500.
A final cleaning fee of €130 is charged when bringing a pet. Commission depends on rental duration.
