The walled plot of approx. 25,000 m2 is located about 300 m from the road in a wooded area.

House B, which was lovingly renovated in 2010, is located on the same plot together with 4 other houses available for rent.

It offers sufficient privacy as the terraces and entrances are staggered. The owner also lives about 100 m away and takes care of everything.

Ample outdoor parking, communal barbecue and pool of 10 x 13 m2, playground, private outdoor terrace with garden furniture and hammocks.

B - House Casita: approx. 150 m2 on the ground floor and has a living-dining room, 1 WC, fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and its own utility room with washing machine.

3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and 3 bathrooms with bathtub / shower.

Other features: brown tiled floors, double glazing, brown wooden shutters, air conditioning (hot–cold) in the living-dining room and bedrooms, central oil heating, hot water by heating oil, municipal water, GESA electricity, Spanish TV channels and SAT-TV, WLAN internet line, 100% furnished in rustic style and equipped with all kitchen utensils, bed linen and towels.

The house can be rented for a long period or only for a few months. It is also possible to rent everything together (see F 266 A - E).
