Renting our finca in Arta from November 2025 until the end of April 2026

Small modern finca approx. 120 sqm near Arta available for rent from November 2025 to the end of April. The finca is 3 minutes away by car 🚗. On the 3600 sqm plot there is an 8 x 3.5 m saltwater pool. The finca is completely self-sufficient and is powered by photovoltaics and solar! A battery supplies the house with power on cloudy days. The house has central heating. There is underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom. A wood-burning stove provides a cozy atmosphere.
The finca is perfect for couples who love life in nature!
Since we will be living in the house ourselves from May, long-term rentals are not possible.
