We rent a small oasis of peace in Mallorca. Escape the cold and wet German winter in a pleasant climate, often over 20 degrees even in winter.
Perfect location, 17 minutes from the airport and about 15 minutes from the popular Es Trenc beach. Palma as the island's capital can also be reached after a few minutes by car.
Llucmajor with all year-round amenities, supermarkets, great market square with large weekly market, German doctors, restaurants, etc. within 5 minutes.
The finca is idyllically located, in a fantastically quiet location, with a pleasant neighborhood.
Let yourself be woken up in the morning by the chirping of birds, enjoy the sun on the beautiful, completely enclosed property with around 2000m2.
The finca includes a heavenly, well-kept garden, with many fruit trees (lemons, oranges, mulberries, pomegranates, grapes, figs, aloe vera, and the tasty Japanese loquat, olive trees), etc.
A small heated pool is used to cool off.
You will have 4 buildings to yourself:
There is a guest casita with double bed, small kitchen, sitting area and television. This building has air conditioning hot/cold.
The second building consists of a small storage room, a tiled storage room and a workshop, equipped with tools and garden tools.
The third building is a small bath-casita, with shower, sink and toilet, hot water for your guests to use.
The main building consists of a large, wind-protected terrace, where you can soak up the sun even in winter.
The dining room with adjoining kitchen and pellet stove is the perfect room for you on cold days, which are very rare.
The living room with TV, sofa with sleeping function also has a pellet stove.
The main bedroom has a large double bed, a small desk and a wardrobe and a wonderful view of the garden.
There is also air conditioning cold/hot. Adjacent to the bedroom is the bathroom ( bathroom en suite ) with toilet, sink and bathtub.
Also adjacent to the bedroom is a small storage room.
From the outside of the building there is an outdoor shower and a small room for the washing machine. ( washing machine available )
From the roof terrace you have a wonderful panoramic view.
Smoking is of course not permitted in the buildings.
Everything needed for daily needs is available.
Good internet supply, excellent transport connections.
Rental period variable for at least 2 months. Not a holiday rental!
