We built a beautiful winery in the heart of Mallorca, in Binissalem, at the beginning of 2023. The management up to the bottling has been entrusted to an experienced company on the island, which can also take over this service on a long-term basis. They are now looking for a wine lover, sommelier or winemaker to market the high-quality wines. As a tenant of the winery, the existing infrastructure for the production of the wines can either be taken over or replaced by your own.
Why this winery in Mallorca?
The warm, fully sunny location of the vineyard ensures an optimal climate, which is important for growth and grape ripening. The wines are produced in a way that is environmentally friendly and sustainable. For example, no weed killers are used. In addition, care was taken during planting to ensure that artificial irrigation can be dispensed with in the long term, which saves water as an increasingly scarce resource.
The wine grown there reliably has a mouthfeel that is more contoured and velvety without a demanding acidity and therefore comes along with a fine, slender and cool effect.

The winery is located in Binissalem, one of the largest wine-growing areas in Mallorca, and is surrounded by other wineries. The wine has been grown in such a way that it does not require artificial irrigation, but there is still a well on the property including an irrigation system that can be used to irrigate the wine in an emergency.
Grape Varieties & Yield
The winery has a well-balanced blend of traditional Mallorcan varieties and wine classics. The combination of grape varieties allows both the production of single-varietal wines including ageing barriques, as well as the production of high-quality cuvées. Even a sparkling wine that comes close to the well-known cava is conceivable.
65% of the grapes are red: Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Manto Negro
35% of the grapes are white: Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Prensal, Macabeo
On 5.25 hectares, 31000 bottles of wine are produced in full yield every year in this blend.
The winery is to be sold to long-term tenants who want to include the wines in their existing assortment or create their own wine brand, as well as to enthusiasts. It is also conceivable to lease part of the winery.
