Beautiful finca with separate apartment, garage and pool in the countryside near Cas Concos

The finca is located close to the village – towards Felanitx.

Outdoor area: The large plot of 25,000 m2, fenced on one side and walled elsewhere, has access to the finca via an electric entrance gate.

There are many parking options (1x a gravelled parking area outside and 1x covered space for 2 cars). Next to the parking area there is a garden – tool shed, 2 wood storage spaces and a large chicken enclosure of approx. 200 m2 with currently 9 chickens - which can be taken over by the tenant on request. In this zone there are plenty of fruit trees that also serve for personal use.

The very well-kept garden around the house of approx. 4,000 m2 is equipped with an artificial lawn, grasses, plants and trees - which provide a lot of shade as well as many lovely terrace spots (on the upper floor 2 terraces (one uncovered with exterior stairs and one covered) in front of the house, beside and behind, which are equipped with a swing, wooden BBQ and sink). In a small covered casita with washing machine connection there is a small area for hanging laundry available for the small apartment.

Rooms: The finca offers approx. 95 m2 living area on the lower level, approx. 75 m2 on the 1st floor and the separate apartment approx. 40 m2 – thus approx. 210 m2 total living area. Year of construction 1940 and completely renovated in 2005 with recurring renovations.

There are 2 entrances (one into the dining room and one directly into the modern fitted kitchen, which is equipped with a refrigerator, no dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and 2 gas hobs and 2 induction plates). Behind it is a semi-open practical pantry with plenty of storage space.

To the left of the kitchen entrance is a room – which used to be the old kitchen and still has that stone kitchen – and has a connection to the bathroom via a sliding door.

This room can serve as a bedroom, since a kind of dressing area was set up in front of it – or be used as an office or other room.

Through an archway at the kitchen – behind it – is the dining room with a huge pellet stove that can be taken over. Furthermore we find here a bathroom with shower and separate large bathtub and adjacent the laundry room with washing machine, sink and dryer. Opposite is the living room with sliding window system (approx. 17 m2).

Through an interior door from the dining room you reach the first floor into an open anteroom, from which all 3 bedrooms (one with a covered and one with an uncovered terrace and exterior stairs) and 1 bathroom with shower lead off.

The separate ground-floor apartment on the ground floor with beautiful thick wall tiles is accessible both via the terrace, via the garage and also from the side (3x).

The entrance area is the living-dining area with an adjoining semi-open fitted kitchen with an American bar, which is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator and 2 gas cooking zones.

Above it is a small gallery that can serve as a sleeping area. The spacious and bright bathroom has a shower. There is 1x AC / hot-cold, beautiful natural stone walls and a kitchen window with tilt mechanism and brown floor tiles.

Equipment: 2 cisterns (one private for drinking water and one shared with neighbors – 1 cistern is directly connected to the kitchen so that no limescale forms), on the lower floor everything still has original floors (similar to microcement), hot water boiler of 300 l as well as a backup boiler of 70 l, double glazing, wooden persianas, internet via fiber optic from Movistar, TV sockets in all bedrooms. 1x A/C in the main house, 1x A/C in the apartment (additional A/C or electric heaters can be installed by the tenant) – but due to very thick walls there is a very good indoor climate – cool in summer and warm in winter – moreover the roof on the 1st floor is insulated. Alarm system present. Unfurnished - but on request some or all electrical appliances and stoves as well as a few pieces of furniture can be taken over.
