I am in my late 60s and male, and I am looking for a female flatmate for a quietly located finca between Campos and Felanitx as part of a shared household. The flatmate will be provided with a small private apartment with a hallway and lockable door, consisting of a bedroom, bathroom and a living/working room, of course with shared use of the living and dining area, kitchen, utility room and garden. Warm rent including all ancillary costs (water, electricity, WiFi) €700. Rental start by arrangement. I am not seeking a relationship, but a trusting and friendly coexistence.
