Hello! We are WhatToday – the new last-minute platform for experiences in Mallorca. Our idea is simple: every holidaymaker wakes up in the morning and asks themselves, "What are we actually doing today?" We answer that question – in 30 seconds, with instantly bookable experiences for the same day.

Jetski across the bay, buggy tours through the mountains, diving in crystal-clear water, catamaran at sunset, parasailing, snorkeling, e-bike tours – all available from us at the push of a button.

And that's where you come in: people who go out, approach holidaymakers and help them have the best day of their holiday. We are currently building our promoter team in Playa de Palma and welcome every application.

What to expect from us

You are our face on the beach. You approach holidaymakers, start conversations, find out what they feel like doing – and show them the direct route to booking with a QR code. No complicated sales pitch, no annoying door-to-door tactics: you recommend something people on holiday already want.

Your workplace is the promenade, the beach and the hotel area of Playa de Palma. Sun, sea, good vibes – and people from all over Europe who want to experience something.

What you should bring
Enjoy interacting with people – you approach strangers openly and enjoy conversations
Sales talent or the desire to learn – experience is great, but motivation matters more to us
Reliability and initiative – we work with you on equal terms, not through control
German and English fluent in speech – Spanish, French or Dutch are a real bonus
Neat, likeable appearance – you represent our brand


What we offer
Base pay plus performance-related commission on every booking you mediate – if you're good, you can earn really well with us
Complete onboarding: sales guide, product training, support in the first days
Full equipment: team shirt, flyers, QR material – you don't have to provide anything yourself
Flexible shifts that can be combined with other commitments
Short lines of communication and direct contact – we're a small team, your ideas go straight to the founder
Accommodation possible by arrangement
Real prospects: if you prove yourself, we will take you on permanently for the 2027 season from April
To be honest

We are starting now in September, so at the end of the season. That means the assignment initially runs through September and October. For us this is the test phase in which we build our team for next year. Those who join now and perform well will be on board permanently from April 2027 – with better conditions and more responsibility.
