The house includes bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and air conditioning with a heat pump (hot/cold).
In the area there are nice and upscale restaurants that offer good value for money. Also a bakery and supermarket 50 metres away.
Cas Concos is a small and quiet town on Mallorca, with a lot of woodland in the surroundings. It is 40 minutes from Palma airport and 10 minutes by car from the beaches.
It is rented only for two months: June and July 2025.
