Hello everyone

I am a self-employed beautician from Germany and offer:
✨ Eyelash Extensions & Eyelash Lifting
✨ Cosmetic treatments
✨ Pedicure

We are planning to move to Mallorca permanently in late autumn, and I would like to build a new beauty studio here.
To do this, I am looking for a room to sublet that I can use on a daily basis – ideally in an existing studio or salon.
I don't have a customer base here in Mallorca yet, so I'm starting from scratch.
