Jeep Cherokee 4.0 High Output Limited in great condition!

Rare opportunity for lovers of a true classic: I am selling my Spanish-registered, very well maintained, unmodified and accident-free Jeep Cherokee 4.0 Limited on Mallorca with documented 126,000 kilometers (Carfax see photos).

The forefather of the SUV is located on Mallorca and in its 33-year automotive life has never seen road salt - accordingly the Jeep is practically rust-free in the critical areas (pictures of the underbody, doors etc. available on request). In Germany you can hardly find one in this condition, and if so, only restored. The paintwork is also in good condition, no rust or the famous "patina". The Jeep is kept in a garage and is the perfect basis to still own a perfect classic in another 20 years - completely without a backlog of repairs.

The 4-liter engine runs flawlessly, the gearbox shifts butter-smooth. A real smooth ride... The Jeep has a perfectly functioning ABS and (important!!) the successor system to the notorious and failure-prone Bendix system of the immediately preceding model years.

The condition of the interior is also very good for the age of the Jeep. No cracks in the leather, no brittle or faded plastics. The headliner was reupholstered this year, as the old lining (as with all vehicles of these model years) slowly came loose.

The Jeep can also be registered as a classic car in Germany without problems, because the Jeep a) is in an absolutely preservable condition and b) is practically in original condition. Furthermore, a flat-rate taxation can be applied via classic car registration. For transport to Germany we can recommend a carrier that has already transported vehicles for us. The costs for this amount (because often asked) to approx. Euro 1500,--. Fuel consumption settles at approx. 14 liters/100 km.

The Cherokee can be viewed on Mallorca at any time and test-driven (only) with serious interest. Price negotiations take place exclusively on site and only within a very limited range. Please no inquiries about final prices, pain thresholds, etc. I have already had my pain with the sale ;-)

Converted headlights to relay control (so no more defective light switches)
Headliner reupholstered
Engine oil with filter changed
Transmission oil with filter changed
Air filter replaced
Transfer case oil changed
Differential oil changed
New tires (brand product Toyo)
Temperature sensor replaced
Headliner reupholstered
Steering column switch replaced
Stabilizer links renewed
Steering damper renewed
ABS sensors replaced
Ignition wires and distributor replaced
Spark plugs replaced
Brake fluid changed

The car is 33 years old, that doesn't pass completely without traces and a few small things still need to be fixed (if you want). I mention this so that no one expects a new car, is surprised on site and because it simply belongs to it:

- Three small dents (fingertip-sized). Not even visible in the photos, but present.
- Slight abrasion on the plastic wheel arch extensions.
- The air conditioning is currently not operational; there is a problem with the compressor (Rockauto USA available for Euro 500,-- including heat exchanger).
- The fuel gauge does not work correctly; after resistance measurement the fuel sender is defective. I simply drive by the trip meter and refuel after 300 kilometers. That's it.

Cherokees in this condition are practically hard to find and the prices for the few well-preserved vehicles are performing above average.

Why am I selling it? I am a Defender kid and a new project is already waiting in the garage. I'm simply running out of space and my wife says "It's starting to be enough..." So the decision has probably been made.
