Caretaking for vacation villa wanted
Hello,
for our vacation villa near Bunyola we are looking for a reliable on-site caretaker. The property is located in a residential area, so it would be advantageous if you live in the nearby area.
Your tasks will include in particular:
Check-in and check-out of international holiday guests
Regular inspection and maintenance of the property
Organization and coordination of craftsmen when needed
Payment is on an hourly basis. Good German, English and Spanish skills are desirable.
