Your tasks
• Preparation of sushi specialties (Maki, Nigiri, Sashimi, Inside-Out, Tempura etc.)
• Creative co-design of the menu and daily specials
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
• Proper handling of fresh food and fish
• Plating and presentation of dishes at a high level
• Collaboration with the kitchen and service team
Your profile
• Experience as a sushi chef or in Japanese cuisine
• Solid knowledge of rice preparation, fish cutting and sushi techniques
• Careful and hygienic working methods
• Creativity and attention to detail in presentation
• Team spirit, resilience and organizational talent
• Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts
