We are an upscale restaurant focused on fresh, seasonal and creative cuisine. Our aim is to provide our guests with a culinary experience of the highest standard. To strengthen our dedicated kitchen team we are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie / Cook (m/f/d) who convinces with passion and expertise.
Your responsibilities
• Responsibility for your own station in the kitchen (e.g. saucier, entremetier, garde-
manger or pâtisserie)
• Mise en place and professional preparation of high-quality dishes according to our
quality standards
• Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
• Support in the development of new dishes and menus
• Cooperation with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflows
• Training and onboarding of commis and trainees
Your profile
• Completed training as a cook or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in upscale gastronomy or hotel industry
• Passion for culinary excellence and a strong quality awareness
• Team spirit, resilience and flexibility
• Creativity and enjoyment in the further development of recipes
• Independent and structured way of working
