RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK with very good German skills – Manacor
For our established and continuously growing tax and labor law consultancy in Manacor, we are looking for a receptionist or administrative clerk with strong or bilingual German and Spanish skills.
Responsibilities
- Personal and telephone customer service
- Creation and renewal of electronic certificates
- Handling procedures at the provincial traffic authority (transfers, registrations, duplicates, etc.)
- Support of the insurance department
- General administrative tasks and document management
Requirements
- Very good or bilingual German and Spanish skills (additional languages are an advantage)
- Professional experience in an office or in a comparable position
- Good IT skills
- Friendly demeanor and good communication skills
- Willingness to work with us long-term
Working hours
- Full-time: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 15:00
- Additionally on Mondays from 16:00 to 19:00, except July, August and September
