Our German Specialist Centre in Palma de Mallorca combines the highest medical standards based on the German model with the special quality of life in Mallorca. In our specialist areas of internal medicine, dermatology, ophthalmology and dentistry, we care for both German-speaking and international patients.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed

Medical Assistant / Receptionist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
• Friendly welcome and care of our patients at the registration desk
• Organization of appointments and coordination of processes
• Telephone and written communication with patients and partners
• Support of doctors and specialists in everyday practice

Your profile:
• Completed training as a medical assistant or several years of experience in the medical reception area
• Experience in outpatient patient care
• Language skills: fluent in German, English and Spanish (at least B1)
• Organizational skills, ability to work in a team and a friendly, professional appearance
