Transcend Health Optimization is a recovery and performance optimization center that combines ancestral wellness practices with advanced technology to help people improve their health, recovery and physical performance.
Our facility includes amenities such as a therapeutic jacuzzi, ice baths, infrared saunas, a flotation tank, recovery therapies and other wellness modalities.
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented person for the position of Cleaning and Maintenance Technician, responsible for keeping our facilities in optimal hygienic, operational and safety conditions.
Main responsibilities
- General cleaning of the center
- Cleaning and maintenance of locker rooms and bathrooms.
- Cleaning of massage rooms and treatment areas.
- Cleaning of common areas of the center.
- Washing, drying and organizing towels.
- Keeping the center tidy and presentable for clients.
Water control and maintenance
- Daily measurement of bromine and pH of the jacuzzi.
- Adjustment of chemicals according to measurements.
- Monitoring the bromine dispenser.
- Measurement of flotation tank parameters:
- salinity
- pH
- hydrogen peroxide
- temperature
Daily application of products required for water maintenance.
- Facility maintenance
- Cleaning and changing filters in ice baths.
- Changing the water in one of the cold tubs every 2–3 days.
- Basic inspection of equipment operation.
- Repair or resolution of minor technical issues.
Support in general maintenance of the structure and facilities as needed.
Work schedule
Morning shift
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
06:30 – 10:00
Evening shift
19:00 – 21:30
Wednesday
08:00 – 11:00
The schedules include cleaning tasks, water control and general maintenance.
We are looking for a person who is:
- Responsible and organized
- Detail-oriented
- Proactive and solution-oriented
- Able to work independently
- Interested in the wellness, sports or health sector
Experience in the following is valued:
- professional cleaning
- technical maintenance
- water or pool control
- wellness or spa facilities
