For the accompaniment of an elderly gentleman I am looking for a professional with experience, reliability and a calm, steady presence. The role requires continuity, careful attention and professional handling of everyday situations that can be demanding.

Hours

Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Wednesday.
Accompaniment during the day or at night, by mutual agreement.
During the night continuous care and a truly attentive presence is needed.
After an introductory phase, the schedule can be expanded – always by mutual agreement and after careful coordination, for example towards a 24-hour service.

Main tasks

• Accompaniment and support in daily life
• Assistance with standing up, sitting down and walking safely
• Calm and consistent presence
• Structured and reliable way of working
• Respectful interaction and creating a pleasant atmosphere

Professional profile

• Experience in caring for elderly people or training in nursing/geriatrics (young professionals are also welcome)
• Safe handling of mobilization and transfers
• Basic knowledge of German or English would be welcome but is not essential
• Mobility
