Looking for work near Porto Cristo - garden, pool and finca maintenance

I am looking for work in the Porto Cristo area + 5 km in the fields of garden maintenance, pool care and house and property supervision. I am currently already looking after a finca for 10 h/week and am seeking a maximum of 1–2 additional properties.
In garden work I can trim trees, shrubs and hedges, spray palms, clean paths, terraces and driveways, remove weeds, maintain beds, water plants, check, maintain and repair irrigation systems.
I also carry out pool work (check water quality, treatment with chlorine or flocculant, pool cleaning (remove leaves, pool robot, manual cleaning of the edges) as well as checking pumps and the technical room).
Furthermore, I can perform work on the house such as fine sanding & painting, painting jobs, furniture repairs, drain cleaning, gutter cleaning, etc.). I am also open to other tasks such as cleaning stables, animal care, etc.
If a larger repair is required on the finca, I can obtain quotes from companies and pass them on to the owner as well as supervise the construction site. I speak fluent Spanish.
I am in my early 30s, hardworking, reliable and conscientious, physically resilient and place great value on clean and meticulous work. I work independently and a friendly and respectful manner is very important to me. Feel free to contact me!
