My name is Roland Scheuer, I am 37 years old and I am looking for a new challenge as head chef / sous chef on the island (Mallorca).

I have an NIE number.

I have several years of professional experience, including as Chef de Partie, Sous Chef and Head Chef. Therefore I have experience with personnel responsibility and with certain requirements concerning HACCP and other matters in the gastronomy.

I am currently still learning Spanish; so far I understand more than I speak. I speak English at a good level and German is my native language.
At the moment I am in Austria for seasonal work and would be back on the island from the end of April.

A prerequisite is my own accommodation, i.e. no shared flat.!!!
