Impressive and large finca with lawn garden, terraces, pool and BBQ between Ses Salines and Colonia Sant Jordi.
The house is located on a walled plot of about 5,000 m2 and has an easy access road, automatic entrance gate, L-shaped covered terrace, beautiful lawn garden.
Behind the house the plot is fenced and thus offers a private area with a covered BBQ area and a 5 x 10 m pool with straw parasols, sun loungers and hammocks as well as an outdoor bathroom with shower.
On the 1st floor there is also a large uncovered terrace with a beautiful wide view.
Rooms: Two-storey finca of approx. 270 m2 living space, built in 2005.
Ground floor: From the entrance area you enter the living/dining room with a wood stove and access to the veranda and pool, and on the right the open white fitted kitchen (also with garden/pool exit) which is equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and a microwave.
1 bathroom with shower and 1 double bedroom with built-in wardrobe. The laundry room with washing machine is located on a lower floor (cellar).
Upper floor: 4 double bedrooms (3 of them with built-in wardrobes) and 1 of these bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with shower as well as 1 further shared bathroom with a large bathtub/shower.
Amenities: Brown floors, double glazing, many window fronts and thus bright and warm rooms, fast WLAN internet, 6 x AC / hot–cold in the living/dining room and all bedrooms, GESA electricity, hot water via electric boiler, private and municipal water. Modernly furnished and fully equipped with baby cot and high chair, bed linens and towels.
