Qualified chef with many years of international professional experience and sound training in fine dining is looking for a new professional challenge in Mallorca.
Already during my training, my focus was on fine dining. There I was able to acquire extensive expertise in demanding cooking techniques, high-quality products, creative dish design and professional kitchen procedures.
I have many years of professional experience, including several years as head chef in Mallorca as well as further experience in leading kitchen positions in Switzerland.
Through my previous activities, I bring comprehensive knowledge in Mediterranean and international cuisine, organization and management of professional kitchens, personnel management, menu planning as well as inventory management and quality control.
In addition, I have experience in the field of private cooking, exclusive catering and the gastronomic care of private events.
I work independently, reliably and in a structured manner, like to take responsibility and attach great importance to quality, creativity and a smooth kitchen process.
I am looking for a position as:
Head Chef, Deputy Head Chef, Chef, Private Chef for exclusive fincas and villas, Chef in upscale restaurants or hotels
Both full-time and part-time employment are possible for me. I am open to year-round employment, seasonal contracts and interesting long-term collaborations.
Preferred regions: Felanitx, Campos, Santanyí, Cala d'Or, Portocolom, Manacor and surroundings.
My place of residence is Felanitx in Mallorca.
