You own a finca, villa or second home in Mallorca and are looking for a trustworthy, discreet and responsible person to reliably look after your property during your absence?
I am 64 years old, German, a non-smoker, vital, active and a professionally independent academic with manual skills and technical understanding.
As the owner of two houses, I know the requirements for care, maintenance and careful handling of properties from my own experience. Professionally, I have been taking responsibility in demanding projects for more than 25 years. I am used to acting independently, thinking ahead and finding pragmatic solutions even in unexpected challenges.
I have known and appreciated Mallorca for around 30 years through regular stays.
What I offer you:
Personal presence and responsible care of your house during your absence
Careful handling of the house, furnishings and technical systems
Early detection and reporting of potential problems or damage
Organization and supervision of craftspeople appointments as well as minor repairs by arrangement
Regular feedback and photo documentation if required
Pet care by individual agreement
I am orderly, reliable, discreet and flexible. I speak fluent English and have basic knowledge of Spanish. A personal reference from a previously undertaken house-sitting assignment is available.
My idea: A fair exchange that benefits both sides.
I live in your property during your absence and take on the agreed care tasks in return – without a care fee. For shorter assignments, I only wish for the reimbursement of previously agreed travel and transfer costs.
I am flexible in terms of time and open to shorter assignments as well as multi-week or longer stays – gladly starting from November 2026.
For me, mutual trust, clear agreements and respectful handling of your property come first.
