We are a German couple and have been living permanently in Mallorca since September. We are currently looking for small jobs, part-time positions or individual assignments where we can contribute with our experience and work.
**About us:**
👨 **Marc, 43 years**
* Over 25 years of professional experience in the gastronomy sector
* Many years of experience as restaurant manager / department manager
* Service, bar, wine & guest care
* Leadership experience and organization
* Trained wine sommelier
* American bartender
* Very good German skills, English and very good Spanish skills
👩 **Nicole, 28 years**
* Many years of experience in gastronomy and service
* Experience dealing with guests and in daily restaurant operations
* Reliable, friendly and a team player
* German, English and Spanish (developing)
We are **not exclusively interested in gastronomy**, but are also open to career changers, e.g.:
* Service / Bar / Café
* Hotel
* Sales
* Reception / Guest services
* Housekeeping
* Management of holiday apartments
* Warehouse / goods receipt
* Events
* Simple office or organizational tasks
* Other activities that require reliability and commitment
We prefer to work **together**, but of course are also open to separate job opportunities.
We are reliable, flexible, tidy and enjoy working. Short-term or single assignments are also of interest to us.
**Region:** Cala Ratjada / Capdepera and surroundings, happy to consider other places in the northeast of Mallorca as well.
