Are you looking for a well-rehearsed team that manages your finca or holiday apartment in Mallorca with heart and mind? Then you've come to the right place! We, a couple in their prime, have a lot of experience in the field of holiday rentals and guest relations. We have already shown what we can do at the Wilder Kaiser in Ellmau and are now ready for a new challenge on your beautiful island.

Registered as Autonomos (i.e. self-employed), we are super flexible and can adapt to your needs. Whether you have a chic finca, an apartment complex or another holiday property - we are happy to lend a hand and take care of everything so that your guests have an unforgettable stay.

All-round carefree package: From operational management to organisation and cordial guest care – we have everything under control. You benefit from our many years of experience in the direct care of holiday guests.

Linguistically fit: German is our mother tongue, and we have a basic command of English and Spanish. This allows us to communicate well with most of the guests.

Full flexibility: It doesn't matter whether you need us for the long term or just for the season. We are open to different cooperation models – whether as employees or as part of another collaboration.
