Especially during the winter months, many properties in Mallorca stand empty. Without regular use, moisture damage can occur quickly - and the risk of break-ins or squatting also increases.

To keep your house well looked after during the winter, we offer housesitting. Not just occasional house checks and patrols - but on a permanent basis.

That means: we move into your house during your absence.

Period: Between early October and the end of March
Duration: 2-5 months

Your benefits
- daily airing of the rooms
- the property does not cool down
- prevention of moisture and mold
- the house is protected against squatting and burglary
- early detection of possible damage (e.g. from storms, heavy rain, etc.)

Are you planning to have maintenance done on your house in winter? There's always something to do after all: work on the roof, the heating, the garden, painting, etc.

On request, we take care of coordinating with your craftsmen / service providers. As we speak fluent Spanish and English, many matters can be arranged much more easily on site than from Germany.

We know the island very well and have already spent winters there. For both sides this would therefore be a so-called 'win-win situation'. We offer this service privately; it is not a commercial activity. We are both employed but have the advantage of being able to work remotely. Occasionally we only need to travel to Germany for a few days for work.

Important for you to know:
1. This is neither a tenancy nor a so-called covert tourist rental. The use takes place within the legally permitted framework.
2. We are not looking for a holiday accommodation, but want to consciously take responsibility for a property.
3. On request we will inform you regularly with short updates or photos about the condition of your house.
