The walled pleasant courtyard of approx. 15 m2 has outdoor furniture, a shower and a small laundry room where an 8 kg washing machine and a gas boiler for hot water are located. Parking in front of the house - if available.
Rooms: The village house offers approx. 70 m2 of living space, originally from 1962 and completely renovated in 2025.
The entrance area consists of a bright hallway; to the left is 1 bedroom with a double bed, Smart-TV, wardrobe and bedside table. On the left at the end of the corridor is the 2nd bedroom with a 2-tier bunk bed and wardrobe.
On the right is the living area, which is equipped with a large, comfortable sofa and Smart-TV, as well as an adjacent small semi-open niche with a kitchen counter, dining area with an extendable dining table (approx. 1.20 m) and 4 chairs. Next door - separate - a kitchen with all electrical appliances such as microwave, electric oven, 2 refrigerators (one small and one large), dishwasher and all necessary kitchen utensils.
Furthermore, the village house has a spacious cloakroom in the rear area and 1 bathroom with shower.
Equipment: Double glazing, 1 x air conditioning (hot-cold) in the living area, municipal water, GESA electricity, gas hot water boiler for exterior shower - laundry room, kitchen and bathroom, 2 x Smart-TV, 300 MB internet line. The property is 100% furnished including towels and bed linen.
Other: Small, well-behaved dog allowed on request. Monthly rent payment with 1 MM deposit. Minimum stay 3 months.
Rental prices: November – April €920, adjacent months Sept, October, May, June €1,180 and July €1,280 + electricity extra. Optional: Internet. Included: gas bottles, water, waste fee. Commission depending on length of stay.
