Outdoor area: The house is located on a partially fenced plot of 4,012 m2 and faces southwest. Its beautiful 3 terraces of approx. 200 m2 (almost around the house) have a clear and lovely view of Cabrera and the sunset - additionally a roof terrace of approx. 80 m2 with a wonderful view.
The barbecue area is equipped with 1 dining table, chairs, sofa and sunshades. Outdoor shower, parking spaces, fruit trees and a private manual entrance gate and the path leading to the garage.
Rooms: The single-story house measures approx. 100 m2 living space and is completely renovated.
The entrance area is an inviting living room with leather sofas, 2 windows overlooking the terrace and the fields, a large open wood-burning fireplace and a large TV.
The cozy eat-in kitchen is open and also offers another closed fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, electric oven, large extractor hood, combination fridge, microwave and all other necessary kitchen utensils. From here you have access to the dining veranda with BBQ.
The bedroom is equipped with 1 wall-mounted TV and a built-in wardrobe as well as an additional dressing room. 1 bathroom with window, shower, washing machine and space for the vacuum cleaner.

Equipment: Microcement floors, 2 x AC (hot-cold) in the living room and one in the bedroom, closed wood stove in the kitchen-dining area and another large open modern wood-burning fireplace in the living room, 1 heater in the bathroom, double glazing throughout the house with blinds, 80L electric boiler for the shower, additionally a 30L boiler for the kitchen, built-in wardrobe, fiber optic internet 300 Mb, 2 smart TVs - one in the living room and one in the bedroom. On request, an owner-provided receiver can be added to receive satellite TV. Gesa electricity, municipal water. Nice and pleasant furnishings - in Mallorcan and modern style combined with classic decoration. The whole house is equipped outside with many nice exterior lights. A very special house for special people who seek and love nature and tranquility.
Miscellaneous: Bringing pets by arrangement. Max. 2 people.
Minimum rental period 2 to 10 months (except July and August).
Prices: November - April 1,300 € and for the transitional months May / October 1,500 € and June / September 2,000 €. 1 monthly rent + additional electricity consumption extra - as an advance cost flat rate which will be settled at the end of the rental period against submission of invoices (+/-). Commission depending on length of stay.
Water consumption is included -- however, the potted plants should be watered in the (summer and autumn months). The garage can only be used to park the tenant's car - not as a storage room.
Distances: To Cas Concos approx. 4 km, to the coast approx. 15 km and to Palma approx. 47 km.
