We are looking for a finca or country house in the area of Ses Salines, Colònia de Sant Jordi, Campos and surroundings

We are looking for a finca or country house in the area of Ses Salines, Colònia de Sant Jordi, Campos and surroundings, to make several long stays during the year.
Preferably:
• minimum 2 bedrooms
• garden or outdoor space
• quiet area
We are not looking to occupy the house for 10 months in a row. Our idea is to make several stays of a few weeks, mainly in spring, autumn and winter, with dates previously agreed with the owner.
We do not need the house in July or August, so the owner can freely dispose of it during the high season.
We can commit to renting the finca for a minimum of 100 days a year, at a previously agreed price. If we finally use it for more than 100 days, we will pay proportionally for the additional days.
We are a recently retired, serious and careful Belgian couple. We will treat the property as if it were our own home.
